Motorized sashes at GUILLOTINE can be moved up and down using the control units. The lower sash that is fixed, can be used as balustrade.

Motorized sashes at GUILLOTINE could be controlled by controller units and they can stop whereever the user wants and user for ventilation.

When the sashes are closed completely, heat, air insulation is provided by the thermally insulated aluminium profiles and double pange glasses but the panoramic view continues.
